Cocktail culture meets small-plates cuisine in hip new River North hangout...

...For the last 10 years, Heather Terhune ran the kitchen at Atwood Cafe, in the Loop. She did fine work — critics, myself included, flung air-kisses in her direction — but with her audience an assortment of lunchtime shoppers, clock-watching pre-theater diners and stuck-at-the-office Loop workers, she didn't generate much name recognition.
