Free clinics tighten boundaries

People who live south of Howard Street or west of I-294 will no longer be seen at two free clinics inside NorthShore Evanston Hospital unless they were already patients there before July 1 -- a move that has raised concern about access to care for low-income residents of Rogers Park.
