Loyola making big plans for Rogers Park campus

Loyola University Chicago has delivered to city officials a zoning proposal for a multi-year plan of additions and improvements to its Rogers Park campus. The proposal calls for new housing, including dorms and market-rate homes, immediately south and west of the campus at Devon and Sheridan.
